The Vermillion Cliffs National Monument is spread across northern Arizona as well as the southern Utah border. The Paria Canyon-Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness area is located a short distance from Kanab, Utah & Page, Arizona and near Moab, Arches, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Petrified National Forest. The monument is pet & family friendly and offers camping, hiking, biking and fun for the entire family. Thousand Pockets is conveniently located near The Toadstools, Lone Rock Beach, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Vermillion Cliffs National Monument, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Grand Canyon, Bryce & Zion National Park, and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument.
