This hibiscus drink is kind of a/sort of a/not really inspired by Starbucks’ Very Berry Hibiscus drink, a.k.a. Hibiscus Iced Tea Sparkler. Yes, I know theirs doesn’t “sparkler”, but mine does and it is WAY better than theirs. Swear.

Add ice and sparkling water. Remove the tea bags, then add ice and stir in sparkling water.
Chill. Add some fresh mint, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
