One of my favorite all-time classic, go-to plant-based meals is simple grilled tofu. This tofu hack is so easy, healthy, nutritious, and versatile. All you have to do is mix up a marinade, marinate your sliced tofu, and grill it on an indoor grill, electric grill, our outdoor grill rack. Then you can enjoy the grilled tofu steaks as an entree on its own (try it with a corn and potato boil!), layered in a sandwich, or sliced into a grain bowl or salad. Once you have grilled tofu on hand, it will be gone in minutes! Grilled tofu is a wonderful summertime recipe, as you can enjoy it as an outdoor grill meal.
